Carbon Fiber Impregnating Adhesive
Strong construction adhesives for penetration bonding of carbon fiber fabric and plate to concrete surface for structural strengthening
The carbon fiber impregnating adhesive is a two-component, solvent-free, modified epoxy resin, specifically formulated for penetration bonding of carbon fiber materials to concrete substrates in structural reinforcement applications. It offers excellent wetting properties, ensuring full impregnation and adhesion of carbon fiber fabric or plates. The adhesive is engineered for long-term durability, with strong abrasion resistance, anti-corrosion performance, and outstanding mechanical strength. Its thixotropic behavior minimizes sagging, making it ideal for vertical and overhead applications, where consistent coverage and bonding quality are critical.
Commonly used in the installation of carbon fiber reinforcement systems, this adhesive plays a key role in increasing the load-bearing capacity and extending the service life of structural elements.
