Epoxy Adhesive Production Line
Mankate operates a fully automated epoxy adhesive production line, where all key processes, including raw material dosing, mixing, filling, and packaging, are controlled through a precision automation system. The production setup emphasizes environmental responsibility and energy efficiency, incorporating low-emission equipment and low-energy-consumption processes to reduce environmental impact. To ensure consistent product quality, the production line is equipped with advanced quality control systems that conduct rigorous testing of epoxy adhesive performance, covering critical parameters such as bonding strength, viscosity, and curing behavior.
Our manufacturing output demonstrates our capacity to meet large-scale demand across multiple product lines. We produce nearly 1 million cartridges of anchoring adhesive annually, supporting high-volume construction and retrofitting projects. The production of carbon fiber saturation adhesives and liquid epoxies reaches up to 2,000 tons per year, ensuring reliable supply for composite strengthening systems. Additionally, Mankate manufactures up to 3,000 tons annually of steel bonding pastes and thick epoxy adhesives, enabling consistent delivery for demanding structural reinforcement applications. These capabilities ensure stable, high-volume supply to meet the needs of both domestic and international reinforcement and anchoring projects.
Carbon Fiber Fabric Production Line
Mankate operates a dedicated carbon fiber fabric production line, equipped with high-end Dornier weaving machines from Germany. The process uses high quality carbon fiber yarns sourced from internationally recognized suppliers such as Hyosung (South Korea) and Toray (Japan).
Through precision weaving, Mankate produces high-strength, high-performance carbon fiber fabrics that feature excellent flatness, straight and uniform tow alignment, clean edges during cutting, and a smooth surface finish. During the weaving process, the fabric maintains its structural integrity without fiber breakage, fraying, or distortion, preserving the mechanical properties of the carbon filaments. With an annual output capacity of 500,000 square meters, the production line ensures reliable supply for large-scale composite strengthening projects while upholding the highest standards in quality and consistency.
